Mr. Alessandro de Souza is one of the Managing Partners of the Firm.  He also devotes his practice to commercial, civil, family and consumer protection litigation and has substantial experience representing corporate clients in a variety of civil and commercial cases. 

 

He won a landmark case in the Rio de Janeiro state courts which overturned the state tax legislation that discriminated against imported automobiles.  He supervises the representation of clients in lawsuits in courtrooms in Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul.
